Sourcing machines for you
Tell us the machine you need and we'll source it for you, locally in Australia or from Taiwan or Japan.
Freight and delivery to your site
We arrange freight and delivery to your site. For a listed machine, freight to your site is included in the written quote.
Conversion to Australian 415V power
We convert machines to run on Australian 415V power. For more sophisticated machines, we fit a transformer. Ask about it when you enquire.
Selling a machine in Australia?
Email us and we'll list and market the machine for you. It's free to list, and if the machine sells, our fee is 1% of the sale price plus GST, minimum A$200 plus GST. We list machines of 1,000 kg and over, and we don't list gauges, tooling or parts.
RPEQ engineering checks and sign-off
We offer engineering checks and sign-off by a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) in the Electrical and Mechatronics areas. Sign-off outside Queensland is on enquiry.
After-sales service
For machines you buy from us, our help doesn't stop when the machine is delivered. We can arrange:
- Commissioning: levelling the machine, a test run, accuracy checks and a handover checklist.
- Training on the machine's controller, such as Fanuc, Mitsubishi or Siemens.
- Spare parts: we carry common spares, and we help you source other parts and advise on getting them delivered.
- Servicing, repairs and fault-finding.
- Service reminders: we let you know when your machine is due for its six-monthly check and its yearly service, and for a major service when an oil check shows the oil is breaking down.
After-sales service is for machines sold through Machine Bay. We quote it based on where you are. Ask about it when you request a quote, or email us any time after delivery. Tell us the machine, the model and what you need.
